Job Description
This is a Project Manager role for the REACH Program, based in Kano. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, supporting community‑based healthcare services. You will strengthen partnerships, coordinate programme implementation, ensure effective service delivery, and report to the Senior Manager, REACH.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to the REACH management team
- Support design and implementation of partnership strategies
- Identify new collaboration opportunities across government and non‑government sectors
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements (MOUs, SLAs) ensuring alignment with standards
Program Delivery & Coordination:
- Oversee daily operational activities for smooth implementation of community health interventions
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure effective coordination of field activities and health outreach events
Community Engagement:

Problem Solving & Quality Improvement:
- Identify operational challenges, anticipate risks, and develop practical solutions

Requirements
