Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact in the office
  • Answer calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
  • Manage visitor records and coordinate guest access
  • Support meeting arrangements, including room setup and logistics
  • Assist with office supplies, documentation, and filing
  • Help coordinate internal activities, events, and staff support tasks
  • Monitor office facilities and report any issues for quick resolution
  • Assist with basic data entry and record keeping

Requirements

Who Can Apply

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or professional services is an advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred
  • Professional certifications in admin, customer service, or secretarial studies are an added advantage
