Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact in the office
- Answer calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
- Manage visitor records and coordinate guest access
- Support meeting arrangements, including room setup and logistics
- Assist with office supplies, documentation, and filing
- Help coordinate internal activities, events, and staff support tasks
- Monitor office facilities and report any issues for quick resolution
- Assist with basic data entry and record keeping
Requirements
Who Can Apply
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or professional services is an advantage
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred
- Professional certifications in admin, customer service, or secretarial studies are an added advantage
