Reporting to: Program Manager
Role Purpose:
The MEAL Officer is accountable for challenge efficiency monitoring, making certain outcomes and impressions are tracked and documented. - Collect, analyze, and report on challenge efficiency data
- Track progress towards challenge indicators and targets
- Conduct baseline and endline surveys as required
Data Management
- Establish safe data administration methods
- Ensure data high quality and accuracy
- Manage safety and beneficiary data ethically
- Maintain data confidentiality and safety
Accountability and Reporting
- Prepare common monitoring and analysis studies
- Document challenge actions and outputs
- Create accountability studies for donors and stakeholders
- Support compliance with reporting necessities
Standard Operating Procedures Development
- Develop SOPs for data assortment and monitoring
- Create templates and monitoring instruments
- Document challenge processes and procedures
- Ensure standardization of monitoring actions
Learning and Documentation
- Facilitate organizational studying processes
- Document classes realized and greatest practices
- Support data administration and information sharing
- Conduct periodic evaluation conferences and assessments
General:
- Carry out some other MEAL-related duties as determined by the Program Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Public Health, Economics, or related subject
- 3+ years of expertise in monitoring and analysis
- Fluency in verbal and written English and local languages
Experience Required:
- 3 to six years of expertise in MEAL or monitoring and analysis in improvement/humanitarian organizations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data evaluation expertise
- Experience with data administration methods and instruments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SPSS, or related statistical software program
- Strong report writing and data visualization expertise
- Experience in safety and safeguarding data administration
- Knowledge of humanitarian monitoring requirements and greatest practices
- Strong organizational and time administration skills
- Attention to element and accuracy
- Commitment to moral data practices and beneficiary confidentiality
- Valid Driving Licence
