Reporting to:Â Executive Director/Finance Manager
Role Purpose:
The Finance Officer offers monetary administration assist together with budgeting, expense monitoring, and monetary reporting. The function holder assists in guaranteeing compliance with monetary rules and donor necessities. The officer will contribute 20% of their time to undertaking implementation whereas sustaining organizational monetary operations.

Key Areas of Accountability:
Financial Management and Budgeting
- Assist in finances improvement and administration
- Track undertaking expenditures and commitments
- Prepare monetary forecasts and evaluation
- Support finances critiques and changes
Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Maintain monetary information and documentation
- Process monetary transactions and invoices
- Prepare monetary stories and statements
- Ensure compliance with monetary rules and donor necessities
Procurement Support
- Assist in procurement processes and documentation
- Maintain procurement information
- Verify invoices and supporting documentation
- Support vendor administration
Fund Management
- Track donor funds and allocations
- Monitor fund utilization charges
- Support fund reconciliation processes
- Ensure acceptable fund documentation
General:
- Carry out some other finance-related duties as determined by the Executive Director
- Comply with and promote all CFCI insurance policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related subject
- 2+ years of expertise in monetary administration or accounting
- Fluency in verbal and written English and local languages
Experience Required:
- 2 to five years of expertise in monetary administration or accounting in non-profit organizations
- Strong information of accounting rules and monetary administration
- Experience with donor reporting and compliance necessities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software program
- Excellent organizational and a focus to element
- Honesty and powerful moral practices
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to deal with confidential monetary information
- Commitment to monetary transparency and accountability
- Valid Driving Licence
