Role Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Safety and Security Officer helps efforts to mitigate dangers to the security and safety of personnel, belongings, and volunteers throughout all operational areas. Security Management and Systems
- Engage administration and staff at all ranges to facilitate adoption and compliance with CFCI’s Safety and Security Policy and Standards
- Undertake Security Risk Assessments as per Program Manager request
- Assist the Program Manager in offering security & safety administration recommendation, steering and assist to the program
- Provide technical help and steering to the program in implementing motion plans primarily based on assessments and proposals
- Lead efforts to establish and map secure havens throughout implementation areas, safeguarding each staff and beneficiaries

Field Support

Qualifications:
